I am a woman of few words, I really don't talk a lot so I will keep this short, sweet and to the point - today there were 2 regular tills open. I walked past both of you and got behind. You two were friendly, cheerful and made my day to be quite honest with you. One of you joked about "should have worn his skinny pants" and I said that you looked just fine. I made a comment about the 2 lines being long and you suggested I go to the 9 items or less even though I had more than 9 - and I said that I didn't mind waiting. One of you started visually rummaging through my cart lol telling me that my cup of noodles boxes all counted as one item, my 4 boxes of Triscuits counted as one item and I piped in and held up a bag of my yummy precious pumpkin seeds and pointed out the 4 bags of those as "one item". I had items in my cart of 2 or more. I really thought you two were pulling my leg about my items counting as a block of one but then, low and behold the clerk in the lane to our left, 9 items or less motioned for me to come over to her and you looked at me and said "See I told you" I was shocked and turned around...shouting out "Thank you Gentleman". I want to thank both of you, with all of my heart for making me smile, for being so sweet. I actually felt like I mattered - if just for that little bit. I also want to apologize as I should have let her take both of you first, since you two were in line ahead of me....and I think what I did was actually very rude to both of you - so please accept my sincere apology.
