Pool Service Technician - Do you love working on your own and in the outdoors? We are a family owned and operated pool service. Our business is growing and we are currently seeking full time and part time pool service technicians. We are looking for positive, motivated people to help our business grow. We provide a stable work environment and service residential pools only. IMMEDIATE opening for a full time or part time “experience preferred” pool service technician We do require the following: Clean driving record (as we place you on our company insurance policy) and they check your driving record. Prefer at least a 1 year past pool service or repair experience. Previous experience cleaning pools and familiar with pool equipment light repairs is a plus (Will train the right person). Trained in pool chemistry. Familiar with hammer head cleaning equipment (if not will train). Knowledge of the general Charlotte, Lee and Sarasota county areas. Training will be provided until you are confident with your routes each day. We are a well-established pool company and require clean driving records (NO DUIs) and a Florida drivers license. This person needs great customer skills as you will have day to day contact with customers and able to relate to their issues and report back to office. Must be able to work without supervision HOURS 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (summer days occasionally might run a little later due to rain, etc.) Compensation will be based on your experience and performance. Our average pool maintenance techs make $800+ per week Benefits SIGN ON BONUS IS $300.00 monthly phone allowance Newer trucks with AC most under 20K miles - You will be allowed to take the truck home after training. Monthly and end of year Holiday Bonus. Compensation will be discussed at the interview.
