Rams Head on Stage in Annapolis MD  Formal sound and production training or 4 year degree preferred 2-3 Years of Live Sound/Studio Engineering preferred Must Be 21 Years of age or older Seeking Enthusiastic, Hard working, Knowledgable Audio production personnel that has a good attitude while working closely with new people on a daily basis Applicants would be responsible for the following - Set up and tear down of live performance stage for multiple different types of touring acts, including; stage monitor systems, microphones, backline instruments and all cables necessaryReading and deciphering stage plots and input lists easilyPatching in all necessary equipment either provided by the artist or the house to work properly and integrate with house audio systemMixing FOH and/or Monitors for certain touring acts not traveling with their own sound engineers. MUST have knowledge of digital format mixing consoles and have expert knowledge of Audio Signal Flow to be able to troubleshoot any issuesAccurately and precisely produce a good sounding mix for each show tasked to mix audio for. I.E. not mixing too loud or producing feedback and understanding how to have a mix sound even, smooth and pleasant for an audienceWorking with touring acts while being able to understand and accommodate their needs for technical productionsMaintain clean and orderly working conditions in a live entertainment venue - Neatly wrapping and putting away cables, microphones, microphone stands, stage monitors, backline and any other items needed for the associated showArriving on time ready to begin the day Basic knowledge of Stage Lighting and Video Systems is a plus A passion for the music industry goes a long way! We are also seeking part time unpaid internships for anyone that has some knowledge of audio and production with the intention to train them for the position listed above.
