I am seeking a puppy (must be small dog breed - preferably a dachshund or chiweenie, but no firm preference) for an Emotional Support Animal for myself. I am disabled and I'm on a fixed/low income so I can't afford to pay a lot for one but, of course, I can afford to take care of, feed, etc.
