Our firm is looking for a full time, organized and self-motivated Office Administrator interested in the criminal justice field, who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office.
The Office Administrator’s role will include working closely with our staff by completing background check investigations, writing reports, reviewing video, handling clerical duties, coordinating schedules, and organizing assignments and other misc. reports.
In order to be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.Office Administrator Responsibilities:
• Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, payroll, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, reports, and confidential assignments.• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.• Maintaining general office files, including case files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.• Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Office Administrator Requirements:
• 1 or more years’ office administration experience, preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quick Books).• Comfortable handling confidential information.• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
This is a busy office, that needs someone who can self-manage themselves.
