Drywall repair / check for leaks

Upstairs small bathroom has potential leak (maybe from toilet) and needs to be fixed, along with drywall ceiling in floor below under the bathroom. Water caused drywall to fall down. Please send me an estimate based on picture -- drywall area needed to be replaced indicated in RED outline. I WON'T REPLY IF NO ESTIMATE IS PROVIDED. All damaged drywall needs to be bagged an hauled away. Ceiling repair needs to be paint ready. Work needs to be started Monday (27th) or Tuesday (28th).
