Looking to Form a Kicking Traditional Country Band

Guitarist/bassist singer would love to put together the pieces to form a world-class old-school country band. Great players playing country classics (and deep cuts) from 1950-2000 or so, along with some great original country songs with that feel. No bro country, bro. Folks who, when it’s ready, want to play out a bunch. The goal would be to get tight and amazing and not be stuck in the moose lodge $400 level. A true show band that can and will play anywhere, from the state fair to the governor’s mansion for NYE, or wherever. Dressing old school country sharp, not the tee shirt/ball cap look that’s the norm now. I know, I know, great players want to play and not do the slog of a start-up. I already have amazing fiddle and a pedal steel ready when the other pieces are rolling. For starters, would like to find a great female singer who can complement my strong male lead singing, and harmonize with each other, along with great honey tonk piano and someone with great tele skills.
