Guitarist/Songwriter Looking for Singer

I'm an amateur guitarist/songwriter from L.A. looking for a singer for an alt rock band based in West LA. I've been casually playing/writing for about 15 years now. During that time frame, I've formed a band and started recording a demo. My influences include (but not limited to) Radiohead, Nirvana, Jimi Hendrix, Sade, Marvin Gaye, Zeppelin, David Bowie, The Smiths, Michael Jackson & Soundgarden. There a ton of other artist and genres I'm influenced by... just not the majority of their catalog unlike the artist mentioned above. The sound I'd like achieve is a cross between nirvana, Radiohead, and The Smiths (at least initially) Ideally, I would like to know what type of sound your looking for by providing examples of your music or the music of artist you'd like imitate. If we vibe, I'm willing to share my ideas and see where it goes. I'm very much song oriented and don't have a big ego. I'm definitely open to jamming but only if the jam space is within 15 miles of Rancho Park. Also, please have reliable transportation. I'm generally available Thursday, Friday nights and weekends.
