Landscapers - Large Apartment Community!

Hello, We are need of a skilled Landscape Team to manage our a large Apartment Community in San Marcos. You MUST have a 5-man crew or larger! MUST have "0" turn mowers, trimmers/cutters/check sprinkler system and tree trim up to 9ft. It will require to you to visit the site once (1) per week, twice (2) during winter unless emergency and properly take the site to the next level in cleanliness and site appreciation. Additionally, I am one of the Director's and we are currently buying additional buildings in the area! SUPER IMPORTANT: you MUST be honest, communicate WELL, SHOW UP on time, and be professional WITHOUT excuses!!!! Your team needs to be WORKERS, get the job done so we can build a business relationship. Again, you MUST know how to COMMUNICATE well. This is VITAL because there will be a lot of moving parts-- so if you cannot keep up and communicate THIS is not the job for you. We are business professionals.
