You will be given a Database of letters and envelopes to work on. You will do all of the tasks listed below, for the specific database. *** Some databases have more letters in them. Some are over 1000 (which will consist of multiple boxes) and some are only 400 (one box). You may pick which database you would like to do, but you alone will be in charge of one database. This will make it easier for everyone in that you will not have to count each letter you complete, because you will already know how many letters are in the database. The task is simply signing letters, stuffing into envelopes and stamping the envelope. 1. Take 1 box of envelopes and letters (AREAS MUST MATCH) that says READY (KEEP EVERYTHING IN THE SAME ORDER). 2. Sign Dan’s name where under "Sincerely" (do a lot of practice signatures on a separate page if you have not signed before) 3. Once all the letters are signed (AND IN THE SAME ORDER AS YOU FOUND THEM), stuff and seal each letter in the envelope with the same name, the letters and envelopes will all be in the same order (MAKE SURE THE NAMES MATCH UP WITH THE LETTER + ENVELOPE, if they do not, put a sticky note on them, write which database it came from, and put back in the box) 4. Put a stamp on the top right corner of the envelope. Once finished. Let Christian know and he will get you paid. This is a very simple job, but if you have any questions, please ask! Pay: Envelopes (stuffing): 9 Cents each Signature: 3.5 Cents each Stamp: 2.5 Cents each Total: 15 Cents per completed letter Will be hiring the first people who reach out!
