We a growing real estate/property management company that manages 170+ homes and 50 apartment units in Detroit. We looking for Maintenance Tech(s) to assist with: - house & apartment turns - house and apartment repairs New hires will mainly work at vacant homes & apartments that we need to get ready to rent or sell. Work includes clean outs, lock changes, painting, and general home improvement. Ability to work a paint sprayer and interior/exterior carpentry skills are a plus. We are looking for individuals who match both our company values and our commitment to servicing our clients. Reliability, punctuality, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn and improve are imperative. Requirements for the job include a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
