Firestopping a Project

I have a project that I am needing someone to come in and do all the firestopping. I am not as familiar as I would like to be with this subject so need someone to come in and get it done for us. I think that the framers on a project normally do this kind of work but I've also heard that it is the mechanical guys that do it. The project has added a new unit to the basement so there are penetrations throughout units. If you have some experience with this or know someone who does would appreciate a contact. I can provide drawings of the project so someone could get an understanding of the scope of work before coming to bid.
