Responsibilities and Duties of Remove and Remodel Building :
Remove project walls and rebuild
Assure that walkways are clean and clear of all hazards.
Perform operational maintenance on power equipment and keep in good working order.
Garbage/dumpster areas - keep clean and free of debris.
Secure, lock or unlock buildings.
Various other tasks as assigned.
Skills and Qualification Needed:
Ability to move/lift heavy objects with the aid of a dolly - up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work independently and as a team.
