Kitten Found in Southtown Corvallis

Found: An all black kitten walking around a Southtown neighborhood. Pretty young still--around 2 months old. No microchip, but had a collar with a tiny bell attached. If you think this cat is yours, please email and let us know what kind of collar the cat had--in terms of color, etc. (We're just trying to make sure this cat goes to its rightful home!) No emails seeking adoption, please. We're only looking for the cat's original home. Thanks!
