You were running on Saturday. I didn't want to interrupt your run but I saw you a couple times, the last is when you were driving away after your run was finished. Guessing based on pace and time you got in about 5.
Just a bit of coach speak for you: You have a fairly efficient gate. Your feet do flare out and you run toes in. Focus on landing on the balls of your feet. You can practice with warm up and cool down form runs (walking on your toes, high knees landing on your forefoot) and after about 10-15 yards transitioning to strides.
You also carry your arms pretty high. Drop your arms run over your hips and continue crushing the miles
