Small breed dog for rehoming

I have a 1 year old female small breed dog for rehoming. Honestly unsure of her breed. I've had her since she was a baby and was told she's a shih tzu. But it's obvious that she isn't. At best she is a shih tzu and weeny dog. She's the sweetest dog you will come across. Has all of her shots. And is spayed. My landlord allowed us to have dogs but is now making us down size. Her rehoming fee is $150 FIRM. I want her to go to a GOOD LOVING home.
