He is DEVASTATED and is getting sleep deprived, dehydrated, and hopeless. He goes out first thing in the morning to night with no food, water, nothing.. just in hopes of finding his world! Found near East Central Texas Expressway/ Bellaire Drive. Cant keep so will have to take to one of the local animal shelters tomorrow (Monday Sept 13th).
