Maintaining the grounds at apartment complexes, people's personal homes, and industrial sites. I would prefer that you have verifiable experience using commercial grade equipment, e.g., bobcat, exmark, hustler, john deere, scag, etc. That and/or weedeaters, stick edgers, blowers, etc. If not, not a big deal. If you like working with your hands, I can teach you how to do this. I think it's fun. It gets me out of working inside, I get to see pretty girls, and -while doing the same thing- you get to do it at different places. I have more going on than just this. We can discuss that when we speak. I work all year. Pay Range: $10 - $20 per hour. Pay Specifics: Trim: $10 - $12; Mow: $13 - $15; and Drive Truck & Trailer (able to be insured): $16 - $20.
