Rehoming a Parakeet

I'm looking for a new home for Gandhi. He has his own room and is typically very cheerful when he hears the outside birds. He is well feed and no known health issues. I cannot longer spend time with him and I'm hoping there is someone out there that can. He is on a large cage that you are welcome to take. I'm not asking for a rehoming fee but would like to know a little bit about the conditions he would be moving into to have the peace of mind that he will be safe and loved.
