Assistance Attaching Rope w Pully to Ceiling

Need to attach ropes (or link chain) to the ceiling of garage to hang lights for photo studio. Ropes will need to be lowered and raised and support 200 lbs each. Believe the ceiling is cement. Ceiling is 10' high You will need to - Inspect ceiling with ladder and review space in North Hollywood - Determine best hardware needed. Most likely swinger hangers and heavy duty anchors. Open to suggestions. - Purchase hardware at local store (True Value and Home Depot close by) or order on Amazon - Install hardware Must have tall ladder Drill to install into cement In your proposal include - How would you install - Labor Cost and time - When work can begin
