We're looking for qualified people to join our team. We're seeking general labor subcontractors to complete work orders in Central Florida. You must have at least two years experience in Residential Property Maintenance or Property Preservation. Experience with a National Property Preservation company is a definite plus but not necessary. This is a 1099 position. Must be able to complete work orders with in deadlines, efficiently and with minimal supervision.Must be able to accurately complete Minor Residential Maintenance.
