Dave Dahl is a local celebrity. Famous for Dave's Killer Bread, Dave's story was a key reason why his organic bread company became the success it is today.
Until he was 38 years old, Dave was in and out of prison for burglary and armed robberies. On his fourth time in prison, he asked for help. What followed is his incredible redemption from a life of crime to a company founder, philanthropist, and advocate for the formerly incarcerated.
In 2015, the company was sold for $275 million. Today, Dave is the owner and co-owner of several local businesses in the Portland area, and was most recently a featured guest of Tony Robbins' Business Mastery event.
