The Event will be held On November 6 starting at 12pm and ticket calling will begin in Fellowship Hall at 630 PM- For the first time since November 2nd, 2019, there will be a large fundraiser here at Elkton Presbyterian Church, and once again the event will evolve. We will do what we can to bring you something that all enjoy and keeping you safe. Church Covid Policies will be in place- masks are reccommended for non vaccinated. *In order to win a prize- place as many tickets in the bucket in front of of the item, and if we call that item -you win!!Currently we have over 150 donations from local and national businesses, as well as church members. There will be multiple ways you can attend and participate in this year’s Tricky Tray:The fundraiser benefits the Deacons Needy Family FundYou will have the option of attending the live event live as a Regular Tricky Tray with modifications and live calling of the numbers- Numbers will start being called at 6:30 pm SHARP- All tickets must be in buckets by 6:15pm- Ticket Table will close at 6pm. You will have the option of Drop and Go between 12 Noon until 6 PM- that means you will have the option of coming in as early as 12 noon, to purchase and place tickets in containers for prizes that you wish to win, and then return at 630 pm for number calling. Or, if you prefer, a Deacon will call you, or text you to let you know that you have won.For this year you do not have to be present to win.We strongly encourage you to purchase tickets in advance- All tickets will be entered into a spreadsheet that includes name of person purchasing and a way to contact (Phone and text preferable)Food options that will be grab and go friendly as well as being able to eat at the event. Credit Cards and Debit Cards will be accepted at the live event as well as onlineThere will be a discounts for presale ticket purchases- All Presale Tickets will be distributed the day of the event. Return at 630pm for live calling, if you use the drop and go option. This year, we will be collecting hats, gloves, scarves (cold weather items)for our “Sock It To Me” tree. These items are given to the Paris Foundation and are distributed to the homeless and needy throughout Elkton. This is replacing the bag of food for the Food Pantry this year, but will still assist so many throughout our area. In appreciation of your donation you will receive one free sheet of tickets for your donation, with a limit of 1 per person. Ticket stub will be required to claim prizes. As always - No bent tickets will be called.Our goal is to have a safe yet memorable night for all, as well as raise funds for our Needy Family Fund.
