Next Generation Giving (NG²), A Young Professionals Group of Denver Health Foundation Join Next Generation Giving for a heart pumping Barry's class to raise money for adolescent behavioral health at Denver Health. The signature fifty minute class, which consists of 21 minutes of high intensity interval training on the treadmill plus 21 minutes of strength training will be sure to get your heart pumping. Class will be taught by Zoe Williams, Barry's instructor and Next Generation Giving member. "Three words to describe my teaching style are playful, high-energy, and challenging all at the same time. My classes are encouraging, fun, inspiring, and celebrate each and every win so you can expect to push yourself past your limits without even thinking twice about it! My favorite day of the week to teach is Friday, Total Body, and my playlist genre of choice is equal parts 80's Rock, 90's Pop, and 2000’s Hip Hop Remixes! 12:45 - 1:10 p.m.: check-in 1:10 - 2:00 p.m.: Barry's Class 2:00 - 2:30 p.m.: shakes from Barry's Fuel Bar, bites from Green Collective Eatery, prize give away's, Raffle Ticket options: $35 (Attendee): includes class admission, shakes from Barry's Fuel Bar, and bites from Green Collective Eatery after class$100 (Bench sponsorship): includes class admission, name recognition on a class bench, goodie bag, shakes from Barry's Fuel Bar and bites from Green Collective Eatery after classFeeling generous?
