Construction worker needed. Must be very neat and be detailed about your work. We need our apartments renovated from time to time. Electrical, plumbing, carpentry either rough in or finished, crown molding, tiling, foundation, brick work, roofing etc. Depending on what is needed when tenants move out. Please list your skills in order of best first to not so good.. This will give us an idea of what you did before. Eg..... Flooring, Tiling Electrical Painting Sheetrock Compound Cabinets List in order of level of skill. IMPORTANT..... Leave your name and phone number to be contacted. What pay are you expecting etc. Work varies some week we would need you for 3 or 4 days, others maybe everyday. We are flexible with part timers.
