Urgent puppy foster homes needed

We rescued 11 puppies from certain death in TX last month. Our dog trainer initially fostered everyone, but it became very difficult to manage and we had to take 4 of them two weeks ago and board them at our vet until we can find them homes. Unfortunately, our vet's office has been unable to take them out for walks because they need major training, and the staff isn't equipped to deal with 4 puppies who aren't leashed trained, so they have been spending most of their time in cages. They do mostly hold it in until they're let out of their cages to relieve themselves, which is a positive sign, but they need exercise and affection, not a cold cage with no sunlight or fresh air. They are very starved for attention and normalcy, and we want to get them with experienced, patient foster homes who can prepare them for their forever homes. There are 3 males and 1 female, approximately 4 - 4.5 months old. They are vaxxed and healthy, very active, love other dogs, and need stability and basic training. We will also have our trainer who previously fostered them come and work with each foster home to help continue their progress. All foster homes must fill out a foster application and sign a foster agreement. We provide all food and supplies as needed.
