DESCRIPTION: This half-day, hands-on workshop will teach participants the art and technique of canning. For this session, we'll be making Applesauce and Apple Pie Jam using delicious North Fork produce. Participants will take home their canned creations and also receive a free Landcraft Garden visitor pass.

WEATHER: Rain or shine.
SPECIAL NOTES: Proof of COVID vaccination is required for this event. Participants should bring an apron, hair tie, and wear closed-toe shoes. All workshops will take place in the professional kitchen at Case's Place Restaurant, 650 First Street, New Suffolk (ph. 631-734-8686). All canning materials will be provided. Light refreshments will be served.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds must be requested at least 7 days before event by e-mailing [email protected] . Landcraft Garden Foundation Credit will be given for the full ticket price , minus any Eventbrite processing fees. Credit must be used within 1 year of event, and can be applied to future workshops, events, garden admission or gift shop purchases.
