Need some one to do some texture and paint in the empty house

I need some one who can do the texture over the wall and maybe do the painting can be a retired painter or some one who know how to do it and make extra money. im a handyman professional for 40 years,but im not move yet to the house and im to fare, i can meet the person when im coming for couple days.
