Side by Side: Same cheese, different ages THIS PAGE IS FOR FRIDAY TICKETS ONLY Friday, 10/8 @7pm Tickets go on sale Friday 9/24 at 12pm Side by Side: Same cheese, different ages. Join us for our next class as we taste the difference some time can make. We’ll be venturing through 4 different cheese styles tasting a younger version next to an aged version for a total tasting of 8 cheeses. Each side by side will also be accompanied by a small pairing bite that highlights the cheese’s profile. And you better believe there will be wine, cider + other adult beverages along w/ each pairing! Tickets are $60/pp and included: -Private class -Tasting of 4 styles of cheese w/ two versions of each for a total of 8 cheese & composed bite -Wine, cider, & more! Tickets are purchased for one of two nights, make sure to pick the right ticket for the date you'd like to attend--they're non-transferrable. This will be an in-person, indoor class at our shop. Unless you purchase a group of 4 tickets you will be sitting with people you may not know. We seat 4 to a table. As of now per current mandates, masks will be required indoors while not seated, eating or drinking. We’d love for all attendees to be vaccinated, that’d be real cool - safety first! Please note: this will be a limited private 21+ class, only ticket holders will be permitted to attend (sorry no kids, dogs or cheese loving parrots). Cancellation Policy: All tickets are non-refundable, but in the case you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket(s) to someone else. You'll need to email us with the updated attendee information.
