Two Chefs, Three Courses, One Delicious Dining Experience Join us for the next installment of Dinner At The Park, a collaborative dining (and drinking) experience hosted by Miki's Park! Launched earlier this year, this intimate event series feature multi-course dinners created by Miki’s Park’s Gene Frondoso and one other Windy City chef. Mixologist Paul Sauter (Tzuco) rounds out the experience with cocktail pairings designed to complement each course. To kick things off, all guests will receive traditional flower leis upon arrival – and, for those who want to really embrace the theme of the evening, Hawaiian attire is absolutely encouraged!) Guests will begin their meal with a shot of Soju, a popular Korean beverage that’s also a staple on the Miki’s Park menu. Next up is a three-course meal created by Chef Gene Frondoso (Miki’s Park) and Chef Yuna Grafft; each course will be served with an original cocktail created by Tzuco bartender Paul Sauter.
