I have lots of experience in all general caretaking maintenance carpentry plumbing electrical earlier in my life I manage 45 cottages in So Cali! Looking for exchange a place to live! guest house or room with a bathroom, grounds care, fixer-upper‘s, general daily maintenance, run errands for you! I have a couple side jobs that I do to keep me financially going but having a rough time finding a place to live! the person I worked for sold his property a few months ago and I am out on my own right now. I am healthy fat drug-free no drama just my dog and myself I work hard stay to myself quiet willing to go in the surrounding areas of Carson City! Just ask dad no scamming for any reason please it’s a waste of time for both of us, I’m not gullible or naïve I’m just looking for someone who really needs a personal day to day helper in exchange for a room to live.
