The retreat will feature health & wellness seminars, spiritually rejuvenating activities, and relaxing spa treatments. Seminar presenters will include physicians, life coaches, motivational speakers, nutritionists, exercise and yoga instructors, and more. It is our hope that the Awakening Healing Retreat participant will navigate trauma and crisis, learn to remove limiting beliefs, and ultimately be equipped with tools and techniques that help her achieve her personal goals and realize her dreams.
