We are holding this event in memoriam of Pamela Rose.
Pamela Rose was a beloved member of Shasta County who gave her heart and soul to those affected by fires. As a veteran fire technician, she was a beacon of light to so many in this community. She supported many families during the Tubbs, Carr, Camp wildfires, and many more until she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer.
While fighting her own battle, she remained positive and uplifting to those who were going through chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Pamela continued to be that beacon of light others needed in their lives.
After a two-year courageous battle with Lung Cancer, Pamela's fight came to an end. Even though she is no longer with us, we want her legacy to live on. By participating in this event, you will help raise funds to help those who are uninsured or underinsured get the LDCT Lung Cancer Screenings they may desperately need but cannot afford.
