Guided mixed-media art and mindfulness-based activities to help you process the complex aspects of your loss. No art skills required. Facilitated by Alessandra Colfi, PhD, RYT-200 This offering as a group program has been postponed to 2022, due to COVID restrictions. Thank you for understanding. This program is devoted to facilitating healing for those who are now or have experienced grief due to the loss of a loved one. No Previous Art Experience is Required to Participate; 
a Commitment to Attend all 6 Sessions is Requested. Safe COVID-19 protocol per CDC guidelines is followed. You will use a variety of guided mixed-media art and mindfulness-based activities to help you process the complex physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your loss. Engaging with the creative process, in a safe space, is known to support healing, build coping skills, and revitalize self-confidence.
