On Monday, October 18 at 5:00 p.m., people of faith and people of conscience will form a Human Prayer Chain for Climate Justice. We will find our socially distanced places along Wade Avenue and, if we wish, bring banners and our own signs. The prayer chain begins at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Raleigh and will extend as far down Wade Avenue as we have souls to take us! Details for finding your place in the chain will be provided soon.
At 6:00 p.m., local clergy will lead an Outdoor Prayer Vigil for Climate Justice at UUFR for all those who wish to join. Parking will be available at UUFR, 3313 Wade Avenue, and at Community United Church of Christ, 814 Dixie Trail at Wade Avenue.
