The spookiest time of year is almost here and Big Jack – the 16-foot-tall, 15-foot-wide, 1500-pound steel pumpkin is making its noble return For the entire month of October, Big Jack will be on display outside the Food Court, the perfect location for shoppers and families and influencers to take gourd-geous Instagram-worthy photos. The ghostly fun doesn’t stop there! On Sunday, October 31, from 4PM-7PM, Citadel Outlets will be hosting a bootastic bash for families. All monsters—big and little—are invited to wear costumes and take part in a candy crawl with spooktacular music played by “FrankenDJ” throughout the evening.
