We're going on a hike Event Name: Lower Cave Valley with Brandy Date/Time: October 5th at 9:30 am to 1:00 pm Meet in La Verkin Price: Free Event Description We will be combining two short hikes in lower cave valley to see two caves and pictographs that were occupied 7000 years ago by Archaic groups, Ancestral Puebloans (Anasazi/Fremont), and ancestors of the Southern Paiute. We will also visit an old movie set from Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. This is a short 2 mile hike, which could be longer depending on how much we explore. Most of the trail is in the sand and some up hill. This area has great views and many rock formations, which will make for beautiful pictures!
