Lear to make Blue Cheese at this fun 2 hour class while having fun with family and Friends during this Hands On Cheese making class. Blue Cheese - Cheese Making class - 2 Blues in 2 hours Due to limited space, this is a prepaid event, no tickets will be sold at the door. Refund policy: Minimum 7 days prior to event for Class Fee, Eventbrite Fee not refundable. Due to the Covid-19 at the moment we do NOT have a mandatory mask wearing policy. This can change depending on rules and regulation with the state. Although, we do ask to please make sure day of class you are free from fever or sickness. For all you Blue Cheese lovers, this class is for you! We only offer this class 1 x per year so don't hesitate to sign up. You will find this experience to be fun and unique. This class is an advanced level class and hopefully easy to follow. We do suggest to have taken at least 1 cheese making class that uses rennet. In this class, you will learn 2 blue cheeses with 2 different processes. A Spanish blue and a fabulous Stilton Blue. We will begin the class making the Spanish blue from fresh milk and create a cheese wheel for each and every one in class to take home to salt and age. While our milk is ripening we will mold a Stilton and create another wheel to take home. Also during this time we will learn how to age our wheels. Our studies will involve learning how to age our cheese at home and what to expect during our aging days to come and when to expect to have a finished product to eat. During your experience in this class, you will learn simple techniques in cheese making that you will always use. Once you mastered this class, you can make any cheeses. Its Cheese Night! Cheese making classes with wine and beer pairings. Need a night out or a unique date night experience, or celebrating a friends event?  Join us at a local restaurant or bar and enjoy an evening drinking and making cheese with friends.  If you want a more personal experience, bring us to your next event, home party, corporate event, or resort activity.  This is a great social activity as well as team building exercise.
