Yoga & Acupuncture
Join us on a 60 minute journey to total relaxation.
We will begin with 40 mins of yin yoga. Yin yoga focuses on targeting the deep fascia networks of the body rather than the muscles, by holding passive floor poses for longer counts of breath. Mainly focusing on the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower back/spine. During your savasana you will receive acupuncture by a licensed acupuncturist.
Acupuncture is a minimally invasive method to stimulate nerve-rich areas of the skin surface in order to influence tissues, gland, organs, and various functions of the body.
