An evening of meditation, yoga, and nourishment designed to greet Autumn with rituals to help you settle into the seasonal shift.
After the sunny days of Summer, we greet Autumn with open hearts as it marks the return to home, cozy evenings, and time spent with ourselves. For many, this is a time to seek solitude, self-care and the creation of ritiuals to embrace the seasonal shift.

Following yoga, at 7 pm, we will make our way downstairs to a communal style table to indulge in foods, spices, and flavors that are designed to showcase the Autumn harvest and the beautiful ritual of Auryevedic eating.
