Need a License electrician to do someTESTING and make it RIGHT

I need a Licensed Electrician, in the state of California, Journeyman or License Contractor to test the existing line and make it right. Some outlet is working, one on, the other line off. It need experienced Electrician who knows all these problems, the work will be in Hayward. An electrician 2 months ago put a new line and these problems happened after.
