The Rafael Racquet Club is a private swim and tennis club in Marin County, California. Our membership is primarily local, creating a strong community focused environment. We are seeking a Maintenance Associate that can meet the job requirements and take pride in maintaining our facility. • Cleans the Clubhouse, locker rooms and gym • Cleans all common areas including the kitchen, bar and offices • Keep gardens tidy and clean • Pick up trash and keep outdoor property clean • Clean outdoor common areas such as patios, walkways, bbqs and furniture • Collect trash and recycling and move them off site • Assist in events; ensuring prompt cleanup and attention to member services • Assist in special projects as needed • Perform minor repairs as needed • Perform pool chemical, mechanical and water maintenance as needed • Cover the pool at night • Handle light equipment such as weed wackers, leaf blowers and the pool vacuum • Ensure paper products and amenities are full are ready for use. • Check facility for safety concerns and report on time. • Maintain a clean and safe working environment with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety.
