Interested in exploring your family history, but do not know where to begin?
Join us on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. as we explore valuable FREE on-line resources to get you started. Recently designated a FamilySearch affiliate library, Waterford Public Library patrons now have free access to 400 million original records available in a digital format including images and names indexes.
This virtual event will be led by Bryna O'Sullivan of Charter Oak Genealogy, a lineage society application specialist who has multiple genealogical certifications including Boston University, the National Institute for Genealogical Studies, the DAR's Genealogical Education Program, and more.
To register for this free Zoom event visit www.waterfordpubliclibrary.org. The "ONLINE Introduction to FamilySearch: a genealogy workshop" registration link found under the calendar of events tab. After registering, attendees will receive an email with a link to access the meeting.
