found wallet with lot of cash but no lisense

Walking home off university today and found a fairly nice wallet with cash in it. Normally youd hand that in so they can help get it back but there was no lisence or cards in the wallet just the cash and a picture of a dog. I want to get it back to its rightful owner considering thats probably youre rent money. If your reading this all you need to do is tell me the color of the wallet you lost and what the dog in the wallet is. Its a very rare breed of dog I know so Ill be sure its you IF YOU DIDNT LOOSE YOUR WALLET DO NOT CONTACT ME I DONT STEAL SO YOU AINT EITHER.
