MIDDLETOWN, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Kevin Roulhac, 43, who has been missing from Middletown since Sept. 13. Roulhac is described by police as a black male, 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing 155 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black Nike hat, maroon shirt (it wasn't known if it was a short sleeve or long sleeve shirt), gray pants, black socks and maroon/gray sneakers. He was last seen Monday, Sept. 13 at 141 William Street, Spear Park. If located, or if anyone has information on his whereabouts, contact the Middletown Police Department at 860-638-4000.
