Must have: - Reliable car - All tools that a rehabber should have (multi tool, reciprocating saw, drills, hammer, flat bar, voltage tester, paint tools, measuring tape, drywall tools, electrical tools, all hand tools) - Live within 30 minutes of Sebastian FL - Pay is via Zelle or Cash app only. - No felonies, hard drug use - Good attitude, willing to learn and work in a team - Hard work of course. I work hard and expect the same from others Can start 9/27 this monday. Looking for a long term experienced laborer/rehabber to help with house rehabs/flips in Sebastian. Paid daily for the first week, then weekly. I have a team and together we do it all from demo to final touch up. Looking to add 1 more to it.
