Young advanced jazz/rock guitar player wanted

Looking for a much younger guitarist that is interested in the music I am creating that I can eventually pass my material too one day and to mentor/collaborate with. I am also looking for said guitarist to possible fill my shoes with current band at times or if necessary. I may have to have surgery on my thumbs do to onset of arthritis in the coming years, for that and just getting older looking to keep my music alive. Life is short.
