Muttonhead on an electric scooter - Sunday 9/19

Looking for anyone who witnessed a 47 y/o'ish man "the muttonhead” crash an electric scooter head-on into a tree on Sunday, September 19th around 4:30 - 5:00 PM. The muttonhead was riding the scooter south on the westside of Kenilworth Ave, appeared to be going pretty fast for an electric scooter, looked a bit "wobbly", may have been heard saying "I'm going fast as fudge!” out loud over and over again, just before crashing head-on into a tree. The muttonhead was accompanied by a man and two women, one of the women appeared to be a "Crossfitter". They were also riding electric scooters, from a different company than the one the muttonhead was riding, likely had governors installed because they were not traveling near as fast as the muttonhead. In between, a few bouts of laughter they were able to assist the muttonhead to gather himself and prop the broken scooter up against the poor tree he just assaulted. The three of them got back on their scooters, leaving the muttonhead to walk the rest of his trip alone in shame. The muttonhead was last seen limping south on Kenilworth Ave, with his two arms extended out with his thumbs up (think Fonzie from Happy Days), a right hand appeared to be bleeding. I am trying to gather information regarding the muttonhead‘s accident to share with him so that the muttonhead can learn from his experience. Thank you
