Please join Darla Lux and Debbie Wenclawiak for Goddess Chair Yoga Teacher Training at the Northampton Sr. Center in Richboro. This is appropriate for yoga teachers, care givers, seniors or anyone who is interested in chair yoga. Most yoga poses can be adapted to be practiced on a chair. Some poses can be practiced with the assistance of a chair. We will cover all of this and more. Oct. 21st and 22nd. 1:00 to 5:00 each day. Cost: $385. Register: [email protected]
