Found trailer tire and rim West of Fraser/Winter Park

I found a trailer tire and rim up in the national forest west of Fraser/Winter Park about a week ago. Probably fell off a ATV or camping trailer. Hoping the owner will find this posting and contact me. Need to describe the tire, size and condition, and the rim to get it back.
